Q. Why do I need to buy genuine parts?
A. Buying genuine parts gives you piece of mind that the part you are purchasing is of the highest quality and guaranteed by the Tail Lift manufacture.
Q. Aren’t genuine parts more expensive?
A. Due to the buying power and size of the B Conway Group in the majority of cases, we can supply genuine parts at lower than non-genuine prices.
Q. Why should I not use non-genuine parts?
A. Each operator has a responsibility to minimise the liability of damage and injury should a failure occur. Buying a genuine part guarantees you are replacing a broken or worn part with the best possible replacement ensuring piece of mind and minimising the cost of potential injury claims or prosecution.
Q. What payment options do I have?
A. If you do not have a credit account with us (click here to download an account application form) then we can issue you with a pro-forma invoice or alternatively we accept most Credit Cards and PayPal.

Q. Can I purchase parts and have them delivered outside of the United Kingdom?
A. Yes you can, please e-mail enquiries@bconway.co.uk with your details, address, description of the part/parts you require and we will contact you.
Q. How do I know what make and model of Tail Lift I’m using?
A. A manufacturer’s identification plate should be visible when facing the tail lift (click here and here for examples). If this is missing - you can e-mail a picture to enquiries@bconway.co.uk together with your phone number (or you can call us on 0161 624 6621) and our Parts Advisors will be only too happy to assist you.
Q. Where can I find the serial number on my tail lifts?
A. Serial Numbers can be found stamped on manufacturers name plates located on the tail lift. (See above question)
Q. What information do I need when ordering parts?
A. Once you have agreed which part or parts you require with a parts advisor and if you already have an account with us then just an order number is required. If you do not have an account then a credit card or paypal payment would be required before the parts can be sent out to you. Please speak to one of our parts advisors if you are unsure and they will be happy to help you through the process.
