The B.Conway Commitment

  • We are BS EN ISO 9000 accredited and will maintain our accreditation subject to annual audit.
  • We will display a high degree of professionalism and business acumen in the utilization of modern methods, business systems and equipment in the running of our business.
  • We will give a priority response to breakdown calls and where necessary, commit to the principle of networking in the best interests of the Customer and the National Agent Network.
  • We promote, supply and fit all Manufactures equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s fitting instructions and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • We carry out the servicing, weight testing and Loler Examinations with certified staff in accordance with the manufactures guide lines and in compliance with the nationally approved times.
  • We hold a sufficient stock of spare parts to meet demand and will only promote, supply and fit genuine manufactures parts.
  • We invoice customers:
    • all parts at no more than the manufacturers recommended retail prices
    • with full details of the work completed
    • quoting the manufacturer’s part numbers and with a full breakdown of labour costs
  • We will submit warranty claims and provide for payment of invoices in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with the Manufacturers Paperwork Procedures.
  • We will ensure that all personnel who work on your equipment are fully trained and certificated by the Manufacturers.
  • We comply with the Manufactures service quality levels, operational standards and there Performance Criteria.
  • We guarantee to provide a comprehensive service, 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year and provide communication equipment to all off-site service and repair personnel.
  • We record and resolve any complaints received from our customers in a courteous, timely and professional manner.
  • We act responsibly towards the environment in all our activities.
  • We understand the importance of putting our customers first and getting it right first time.
